  Rheumatism - is a systemic infectious disease, allergic origin, resulting also in the connective tissue changes that occur in times of sickness and ailments in the heart and joints.

  This disease often occurs in childhood or young age, after the streptococcal infection. The disease begins abruptly, rise in body temperature (up to 38o) and the emergence of joint inflammation. Joints swollen and painful, to palpation (and walking). Joints in the skin (touch) - hot and humid, it appears hyperaemia events. Pain "jump" from one joint to another, and can return to the same joint, which has already been hurt before - for this reason, a disease called "rheumatoid klajojančiuoju. It usually affects large joints. Recurrence may be repeated several times during the year. Significant changes within the joint (ankilozių or strain) rheumatism leaves. Massage begins, exacerbation subsided.

  Massage is: pain, swelling, abnormal fluid retention (residual signs of arthritis and synovitis) reduction and withdrawal of blood and lymph circulation of damaged joints (and periartikuliniuose) tissue improvement.
